Create a subscription for an MSP tenant

Creates a subscription for an MSP tenant. Supply the tenant identifier in the id path parameter and the required priceID to select the subscription price. A 200 response confirms that the subscription was created.

Error handling

priceID is required; a 400 is returned when the request is invalid or omits this field. The id path parameter must identify a tenant; a 403 indicates missing or invalid authentication, a 404 indicates that the tenant was not found, and a 500 indicates an internal server error.
