Lists account-level Agent Network budget rules. Use this endpoint to inspect rules that apply across policies; rules with empty target_groups and target_users apply account-wide, and limits act as min-wins ceilings.
200Returns a JSON array of budget rule objects, including each rule's name, enabled state, target groups and users, limits, and creation and update timestamps.
